In commemoration of Parents’ Day this year, the National Parents Day Council  is seeking nominations of exemplary couples for recognition. Our Colorado Selection Committee will review nominations and select deserving couples for designation as "Parents of the Year". 

Criteria for Consideration in the Selection of Parents of the Year:

1. Married couples with children.
2. People of good reputation and with strong moral values.
3. Couples who mirror in their lives and behavior the virtues, such as integrity, compassion, and commitment, that we all want to see replicated.
4. Examples of sacrificial love who reach out to others and take on the parental role for them.
5. People who fill a vacuum when parenting is not being provided.

Please use the provided form for the submission of nomination information. We ask that you submit nominations to the Colorado address no later than July 13, 2001.
